1. Pilih makanan sehat yang kaya nutrisi

Selama ini banyak yang memilih untuk mengonsumsi makanan atau minuman berlemak serta gula tinggi sebanyak mungkin supaya bisa cepat gemuk. Padahal cara tersebut tidak sehat.
Yang benar justru banyak-banyak mengonsumsi makanan sehat dengan kandungan gizi seimbang seperti buah, sayur, kacang-kacangan serta protein tanpa lemak (tahu, tempe atau daging ayam tanpa kulit).
2. Mengonsumsi camilan

Biar cepat gemuk, tambahkan kalori dengan mengonsumsi camilan di sela-sela jam makan utama. Wah pasti senang dong disuruh ngemil. Tapi ingat, pilih camilan sehat seperti buah, jagung rebus, kacang kedelai, dan lain-lain serta hindari konsumsi gorengan supaya gemuknya kamu adalah gemuk sehat.


3. Minum saat makan atau 30 menit sesudah makan

Usahakan jangan minum sebelum makan karena bisa membuat kamu jadi kenyang. Kamu bisa minum di tengah atau setelah makan sehingga bisa menyerap lebih banyak kalori.

4. Makan lebih sering

Orang yang kurus biasanya sering cepat kenyang. Jangan dipaksakan untuk makan banyak. Kamu bisa menyiasatinya dengan makan porsi kecil tapi sering.

5. Mengonsumsi jus atau smoothies

Jika sedang bosan dan malas ngemil, kamu bisa minum jus atau smoothies sehingga tetap menambah kalori.

6. Istirahat dengan cukup

Kualitas serta waktu tidur yang kurang bisa mengganggu metabolisme. Karena itu usahakan istirahat dengan cukup supaya berat badan pun bisa terjaga.
